ABOUT Vanessa Eskridge

Vanessa Eskridge is a seasoned performer, producer, and director with a rich background spanning stage, radio, and screen. Her career as an actress and singer has taken her to stages in New York, London, and Baltimore. As a TV director and producer, she has crafted narratives ranging from the stories of wrongfully convicted individuals exonerated by DNA evidence, to gold miners in Australia, to roller derby enthusiasts across the country, among many others.

Fueled by a passion for expanding the reach of theater, Vanessa founded Play Club, a monthly gathering for theater lovers and artists at Manor Mill. She is thrilled to now bring local artists and actors together with the development of Manor Mill Playhouse and to direct its inaugural production of Thornton Wilder's timeless classic, Our Town.
