Mixed Level Yoga
Saturdays, 7:45 AM
Join us every Saturday Morning as we shift the old "yoga class" paradigm, and practice outdoors, with no walls. Stephanie will move you through an upbeat, full-spectrum (expect moving, breathing, short meditations) class, and often end class with mantra, song, or offer other parts of the yoga practice that are authentic to her.
Bring a yoga mat, blocks and a strap if you have them, also. There will be some additional props.
Yoga Basics 101
Beginner & Refresher Series
Thursdays, 6:30 PM
You will learn basic biomechanics and safe ways to move your body. We will explore some basic yoga concepts, including how to work with the often overloaded mind, burdened heart, and hurting body. Practice together in a warm and welcoming environment with an expert beginners yoga teacher.
You’ve been working hard, and it’s time to give yourself some self-care.
Yin Yoga is a gentle practice that focuses on the connective tissues of your body to let your muscles rest and lengthen. By holding supported poses for extended periods of time (3-5 minutes), you allow your joints and fascia to release as well as your mind and body to relax. This is a slow-moving restorative class that heals from the inside out.
