Put on your lab coats and join musical speech-language pathologist Corinne Zmoos, MS, CCC-SLP for messy, melodic experiments and singalong. Children 9 months – 4 years will explore rhythm, melody, timbre, and pitch through sensory experiments and a singalong bursting with language science.

Participants will learn to create a sustainable floral design in a twig basket. We will go over the basics of sustainable floral design, design tactics and then create something beautiful for your Spring table with flowers and branches from our local farm.

The Baltimore Screen Painting workshop will include a presentation on the history of the painted screen in Baltimore, a slide show of historic and current screens, a how-to for a painted screen and the opportunity to paint either a screen you bring from home or a miniature screen!

Lisa Bastoni (Northampton, MA) is a 2022 & 2023 New England Music Award nominee (Roots), 2020 & 2019 Boston Music Award Nominee (Folk) and winner of 2019 New Folk at the esteemed Kerrville Folk Festival. In addition to her work in music, Lisa Bastoni is a visual artist and teacher, and mother to two young children. Lisa Bastoni has opened for/performed with Lori McKenna, Dar Williams, Regina Spektor, The Secret Sisters, Teddy Thompson, Rose Cousins, Mark Erelli, Larry Campbell & Teresa Williams, and many more.

Letitia VanSant’s lyrics trace questions about why the world is the way it is into the human soul. With sparse indie folk arrangements fortifying a distinctly intimate vocal style, her stage presence is down-to-earth and immediate. Paste Magazine named her among 10 Artists to Watch in 2020, BBC Radio says she is “a fascinating new artist.” Her songwriting has earned several awards, including the Kerrville New Folk Songwriting Competition.
