Stephanie teaches a soul-filled yoga class wrought with realness, alignment-based instruction, and tantrika yoga teachings as she interprets them. Her class is a tiny silver of understanding of the rich, ancient tradition of yoga that she is a constant student of everyday. Stephanie surrenders into the bigger experience and wisdom of feeling the yoga practice at the heart level and in her daily life and weaves these experiences in and out of every asana, and breath, and through the chanting and sound healing she also often offers in class. When you leave class you will carry with you an expression of "living into the yoga" on a body, mind, heart, soul level.
