Q: Is this event Sold Out?
A: Yes! We are completely sold out- no walk-in tickets will be sold at the door. Please coordinate carpooling with friends and family as our parking is very limited.
Q: Where will I be able to park?
A: You can drive directly to Manor Mill and we will provide information about overflow parking. A shuttle will be bringing guests to the mill. If you need handicapped parking, please call ahead or email janeausten@manor-mill.com
Q: Is re-entry allowed throughout the day?
A: Yes! Just be sure to check in at the front desk upon arrival.
Q: Will the gift shop and gallery be open during Jane Austen Day?
A: Of course! We will even have Jane Austen themed items in the gift shop.
Q: Is Manor Mill ADA accessible?
A: Manor Mill is a historic building without an elevator. Floors two and three are accessible without using the stairs but only some of the doors can accommodate wheelchairs that are 30 inches wide. Access to the second and third floors are also available from the outside via a graded gravel pathway. Some doors are 24 inches wide. Please call ahead with any concerns!
Q: Will there be food during the day?
A: We recommend that you eat before coming but we will have snack concessions for sale all day. You may also go off-site for dinner.
Q: Will there be dinner served?
A: Yes! Will be serving dinner prior to the movie for $23 per person.
Q: What is on the menu?
A: The hot taco bar provides by The Filling Station will have several options of meat and all of the toppings you can imagine for mixing and matching to create your favorites.
Q: How do I pay for additional activities (carriage photos, dinner and portrait paintings)?
A: You will pay at the front desk! After you pay for an activity, we will give you a coupon that you will give to each activity director.
