Winter Faerie Ball

Saturday, February 1, 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Join us at the Winter Faerie Ball where we will fill Manor Mill with Faeries from around the area. The event will feature a costume contest, dance lessons, faerie shopping, food and drink, and lots of dancing!

The Brinjal Faerie Band will bring you dance music from the Middle East, with improvisational solos straight out of Fairyland, and dance performances from the Aubergine Faeries! Brinjal plays each year at the May Day Fairie Festival, Enchanted Fairy Festival, the Fairy Scary Ball, and played at MythiCon last Feburary.

We will also have several curated vendors to share their artistic talent and exciting performances by local Baltimore drag artists Beth Amphetamine and Ryder Roughly! Light fare and refreshments included. A professional photographer will be on site! This is an adults only event.

Robert Jones, expert timber framer, carpenter, and future builder of the Manor Mill water wheel, has successfully added sides to the pavilion. This newly improved structure will house our precious white oak lumber, allowing it to dry and cure properly over the coming months. By ensuring the wood’s longevity and quality, this step brings us closer to completing the water wheel—a key element in revitalizing Manor Mill and Monkton’s historic charm.
