Specialty Yoga Classes and Wellness Retreats

How often have you experienced pain (physically, mentally, and/or emotionally), felt frustrated, and opted for distraction to feel relief?

Instead of resorting to avoidance or distraction, we'll adopt a beginner's mind, a concept that encourages curiosity and openness. This approach allows us to explore pain from a fresh perspective, fostering a deeper understanding of how we've been interacting with it and expanding possibilities and strategies for healing moving forward.

This workshop integrates the ancient Chinese practice of qigong with mindfulness techniques, creating a holistic approach to pain management and wellness. Qigong, a mind-body-spirit practice, integrates coordinated movements, controlled breathing, and focused intention to promote the healthy flow of qi (lifeforce energy). We’ll clear stagnation (which can manifest as pain, illness, and/or disease), circulate qi, oxygen, and blood throughout the body, and cultivate overall health, ease, and relaxation.

Join your host, Sarah Karp (Certified Master of Medical Qigong, Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, and Health and Wellness Coach), for this experiential journey towards a new way of engaging with your body, pain, and overall well-being.

Recommended: bring a yoga mat, journal, and water bottle.
