Manor Mill offers a variety of classes in The Barn including woodturning, woodworking, and welding. We have several lathes, a full workshop, a CNC Router, and welding equipment to build, teach and make.

Adam Melfa, workshop Manager
Adam Melfa is a Baltimore native with over a decade of woodworking experience. He currently owns and operates Zenith Woodcraft, a custom woodworking and furniture company based out of Towson Maryland, but his real passion is for teaching. As a self taught craftsman, Adam understands the value of experience and the tremendous impact that having a thoughtful & patient teacher can have on a curious student. He enjoys sharing his love of craftsmanship and strives to be a positive educator for those on their own journey in the crafts. In the workshop, he stands by two mottoes, “Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly.” & “Every project is practice for the next one.” Whether you are just beginning with woodworking or ready to expand your repertoire of skills, Adam is here to provide the friendly guidance you need to achieve your goals.
