The 2026 ‘Made at the Mill’ Exhibit Submission Form

Details/Insurance:
Students & instructors of Manor Mill’s past and present may submit 1-3 art/craft works for this exciting exhibit running from January 9-18, 2026. All work submitted will be accepted and we have the right to take and use images for publicity that would lend itself to represent your work and that of Manor Mill. The artist will retain the copyright of any images submitted (not required).
Artworks can be for sale but are not required to be. Manor Mill splits sales costs 60/40% (Artist/Gallery), so please price your work accordingly. Any works over 30” in any direction will need to be approved by Brad Blair, Gallery Curator.
All artwork must remain in the gallery during the length of the exhibition. ALL reasonable measures will be taken to safeguard the contents of all exhibits while on the property. No insurance coverage will be provided for artwork, and Manor Mill will not be responsible for loss or damage to any artwork. Participation in the Gallery constitutes agreement with the condition set forth here. The artist and any staff associated with the art exhibition will hold Manor Mill, LLC and its staff harmless from any wear, damage, destruction or theft of exhibited items.
Awards & Prizes Available!
Visitors to the the gallery will vote on their favorite artworks via our paper voting system from Friday, January 9th through Thursday, January 15th. Awards will be announced on Friday, January 16th on social media and by email. Physical works will be marked with Best of Show, first, second, and third place ribbons. The student and instructor artwork that receives the highest number of votes will earn the Best of Show award. Regardless of the vote tally, the real prize is the joy of showing your work at Manor Mill Gallery!
